Return Policy:
1.We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order, if you are not satisfied with your order we will issue you a refund, less the shipping or delivery/pick-up fee.Returns are ONLY for unused product in the original condition. No refunds on orders placed on a short notice.

2. Orders shipped out of town/state, all orders are shipped with insurance, if your item arrives damaged, please make sure to keep all the packaging materials together, so that we can process an insurance claim via the carrier. This process takes time, so please be patient as the handling time is out of our hands. Refunds are issued, once claim is processed and complete.

3. Custom orders example; any order that contains a name, special message like; Happy Birthday, or a number, is non-refundable.    

In-Town:  
All Piñatas are Shipped and can take up to 2-4 business days to ship-out once your order is placed and payment has cleared. Express services are available at an extra cost. This will all depend on how soon your order is placed and the type of Pinata that you want to order.

Out-of-Town:
We can usually ship your item out within 2-4 business days after your order has been Placed & Payment is complete.

Shipping fees vary, please call for a quote.  We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other Shipping Company of your Choice!

We have never had a problem with lost packages!

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, is included in your shipping costs.
