Return Policy:

1. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS! NO EXCEPTIONS! Custom orders are orders made to a customers specifications including, but not limited to orders that may contain a name, special message like; Happy Birthday, or a number, or Name, Size or Specific Colors.

2. Excepted refunds are less the shipping fee to and from.

Returns are ONLY for unused product in the original condition. No refunds on orders placed on a short notice.

3. All orders are shipped with insurance, if your item arrives damaged, please make sure to keep all the packaging materials together, so that we can process an insurance claim via the carrier. This process takes time, so please be patient as the handling time is out of our hands. Refunds are issued, once claim is processed and complete.


We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other Shipping Company of your Choice!

We have never had a problem with lost packages! But have no Control of the packages once the Package leaves our site.

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, is included in your shipping costs.
